- Use the Loss Notification Form to notify ACE Environmental Risk regarding a claim or potential claim situation.

In case of an Enviromental Emergency
- Follow your company procedures for reporting and responding to an incident.
- Alert local emergencies, as appropriate.
- Report the incident to ACE Environmental Risk at: 888 310-9553
Be prepared to give basic information about the location and nature of the incident, as well as steps which have been taken in response to the incident. You will be contacted by a trained representative of ACE to discuss further response steps as soon as possible.

- Follow your company's detailed response plan
- Contact your management as well as appropriate authorities
- Ensure anyone who could come in contact with a spill or release is kept away
Do Not
- Ignore a potention spill or leak
- Attempt to respond beyond your level of training or certification
